As directed, this is to inform all the establishments that the NATS 2.0 portal will allow the apprenticeship contract creation of backdated contracts on the portal, of both reimbursement & non-reimbursement type contracts, with the date of joining allowed to be on or after 01/04/2025. This relaxation will only be allowed on the portal for a limited period of time i.e. only till 19th October 2025. This facility is made live starting from 20/08/2025 and communicated to all establishments through a popup on the portal.All establishments, after logging into the portal, should be able to see a popup message.
